About the Role
At Aegis, our finance team is driven by a passion for numbers and the technology that helps us maintain them. We constantly explore new integrations, platforms, and resources to enhance efficiency. Our primary focus is transforming vast amounts of data into insightful reports, metrics, and analytics that guide crucial decision-making processes.
Aegis seeks a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an analyst. In this role, you will maintain our contracts and ensure their alignment with operations. You will also support the process of project entry into our systems, billing operations, and project closeout.
General responsibilities include:

Develop and refine systems to track contract data and information

Develop and maintain reporting on contract data and information for stakeholders

Audit and monitor contract budget amounts against operations

Support the project initiation process to ensure accurate data enters systems

Manage project compliance to ensure alignment with operations and contract requirements

Monitor and communicate contract status for all client engagements
-
Monitor and communicate contract budget status against operations and identify contract supplements (change orders) needed
-
Perform financial risk assessments on new clients and engagements
-
Provide analysis and data management support to general finance and contract operations as needed.
Requirements:

0-4 years of relevant experience in business operations
-
A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred

Exceptional attention to detail and organization

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to solve complex problems independently and proactively

Technologically savvy and able to learn new software
Preferred Skills and Experience in:

Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and usage of functions with large data sets

Data analysis

Familiarity with the general contract lifecycle

Familiarity with general contract language
