We are a small family-owned Lighting Manufacturer located on the North Side of Houston. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated experienced individual to fill our Order Entry Customer Service position. Our company is growing and we need your help!
Duties include:
Receive, Validate and Prepare Incoming eCommerce EDI Purchase Orders
Manually enter Miscellaneous Purchase Orders
Prepare Pick Tickets for Warehouse daily
Provide customer with Order status information including tracking, shipment delays and backorder status
Receive and Respond to Customer Emails, Calls or Online Inquiries
Sorting and Filing & Other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements:
High school Diploma Required
Some College Preferred
MUST be Dependable!
Previous Customer Service Experience within an Office setting Required
Microsoft Office Experience (specifically Outlook and Excel)
Experience with mainstream ERP preferred, AS400 Experience a plus but not required
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Strong Attention to Detail/Accuracy
Excellent Organizational, Communication & Writing Skills
Friendly & Professional Demeanor, Great Work Ethic!
