Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Director in clerical duties that support HR department responsibilities including, job recruitment, onboarding, editing and drafting HR documents, memos and policies, organizing employee training and event, maintaining benefit programs, etc.
- Perform weekly payroll duties for both Beach Ford and Barton Ford. To include review and confirmation of employee times card, commissions, bonuses, etc.
- Provide excellent “customer” service to Beach Ford and Barton Ford employees.
- Work in multiple web-based sites to support Human Resources functions
- Audit and process benefit billing to ensure accuracy of payments
- Process new hires and complete personnel files
- Process termination of employees notifying management, final pay, and closing personnel file.
- Other duties as assigned – which are many in Human Resources
Qualifications
- 3+ years' of professional HR and/or accounting experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Superior competence in the knowledge and use of computers, software, and web based technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
