Patient coordinators are responsible for various non-clinical duties including coordinating how a patient's insurance benefits can be utilized for dental treatment. Additionally, various administrative duties include managing the patient check-in and check-out processes, answering phone lines, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, addressing patient questions, and verifying insurance.
Must be able to multitask, computer literate, friendly, team player, great personality and great work ethic. Also, needs to provide exceptional customer service to all of our patients.

Prior experience in a dental or medical office is plus, but is not a requirement.

Pay: $16-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Bonuses are also offered. We also provide full health insurance benefits (medical, vision, dental, prescription drugs) and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
