A local import company is looking for full-time Customer Service help.
Job functions:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Meets specifics of customer orders promptly.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
