Role
As a Machinist (also known as CNC Operator, Machine Technician), you'll program geometrically complex parts at various machining centers, analyze drawings, models, and sketches to determine machine operations, and select appropriate tooling. You'll also mentor junior machinists and collaborate with the CMM inspection lab, demonstrating a deep understanding of metrology and GD&T.

Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints accurately.
- Understanding of basic arithmetic and trigonometry.
- Proficiency in GD&T, G-Code, M-Code, Machine Setups for Production Runs, Manual Machining Skills, Dovetail CNC, and Equipment Troubleshooting.
- Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Haas).
