Rockwater Associates is a B2B professional services company specializing in the areas of Tax, Accounting, Human Resources, and Technology services. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities to expand the reach of Rockwaters' tax services through cold calling. The successful candidate will be on the front end of an inside sales team where your contributions have a direct impact on the company’s overall success. As a results-oriented high performer, you will proactively introduce prospects to company service offerings, pre-qualifying prospects by determining if they could benefit from our services and transferring potential clients to an account executive.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand Rockwaters' solutions including target audience, value proposition, and best practices for successful implementation
- Make 250 minimum dials per day to identify and qualify prospective clients
- Seek a fast customer relationships while identifying new business
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients to maintain on-going sales funnels and projections
- Regularly meet and/or exceed sales goals
- Develop and grow product knowledge
- Work with Sales Manager to accomplish mutually set goals
- Ad hoc duties
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ yrs of experience with outbound sales
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Receptive to evaluation, coaching and on-going training
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Thrives as a team player in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment
- Superior customer service and active listening skills
- Strong organization and time management skills with ability to multitask
- Proficient in computer use and software programs. Experience using a CRM system is a plus.
- Reliable high speed internet connection and quiet workspace at home
- This role is full-time and required to work a set schedule
