General Summary
The Personal Banker works in our bank branches to provide exceptional customer service to Integrity Bank & Trust customers. This position works directly with customers to complete various banking tasks including completing cash transactions, account maintenance, and ensuring compliance with required banking regulations.

Branches are located in Colorado Springs and Monument.
Job Description
- Process a variety of teller transactions including opening/closing personal banking accounts, processing deposits/withdraws, and fulfilling other customer requests regarding their accounts.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times while interacting with bank customers.
- Responsible for completing cash transactions for personal and business accounts.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Recommend other product offerings to help fulfill customer needs.
- Learn, adhere, and administer all other compliance-related procedures and processes relevant to other banking functions, e.g. BSA/AML, GLBA, IT Security, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to adhere to, and be an advocate for, the Integrity Code of Culture
- Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Embody a proactive approach to working with customers and co-workers
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in work
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years experience in the banking industry
- Notary Public, or ability to obtain notary license within six months of hire date
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include Saturday and occasional evenings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
