POSITION SUMMARY:
The Shiploose Coordinator will work with the Engineering and Operations teams to generate and fulfill shiploose requirements for each project based on engineering drawings, sales orders, inventory, and other sources of information.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create shiploose requirements lists for projects
· Confirm requirements inventory and receipt prior to project shipment
· Ensure all requirements are loaded onto parts frames or modules prior to shipment
· Provide documentation certifying requirements have been met and loaded
· Produce and provide material shortage lists to Production, Purchasing, and Service
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Able to read and interpret prints and sales orders
· Knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods and building materials
· Proficient with Microsoft Suite, familiarity with drafting software a plus but not required
· Forklift certification (or ability to obtain a certification)
· Ability to lead a team of employees in fulfilling shiploose requirements
· Self-directed, able to prioritize multiple projects
· Follow established safety rules/regulations, maintain a safe and clean work area
· Follow established employee policy handbook

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
