A. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
1 Proper handling of telephone calls
2 Confirm & Set Appointments
3 Handling of Incoming & Outgoing mail, as needed.
4 Filing of firm & client documents, twice daily
5 Filing of periodicals in library, lobby, restrooms, etc., as needed.
6 Purchasing of supplies & misc. items, as needed.
7 Morning Set-up, daily
8 Preparation of Conference room for client meetings, as needed.
9 Clean conference room table after each meeting, as needed.
10 Scheduling & Coordinating building/equipment maintenance with vendors, as needed.
11 Organize & plan for firm functions & events.
12 Manage & Coordinate customer service enrichment programs.
13 General office maintenance (ie. bi-weekly laundry of placemats, towels & flag, monthly water heater maintenance), as needed.
14 Training & monitoring substitute staff on Firm Administrator's functions
B. PERSONAL SUPPORT
1 Scheduling personal dinners, personal care appointments, etc.
2 Purchasing & ordering gifts & personal items.
3 Researching events, restaurants, hotels & activities.
4 Scheduling home, car & pool maintenance.
5 Running personal errands such as bank runs.
6 Working with service providers for personal residence.
such as cable, newspaper, landscapers, etc.
C. SUPPORT STAFF
1 Light Office Maintenance, as needed.
2 Pick-up Lunch, daily including tax season, as needed.
3 Kitchen trash disposal, as needed.
4 Clean conference room table after each meeting, as needed.
5 Go to the bank & mailbox, as needed.
D. OTHER
1 Special accounting, payroll, tax & administrative projects as assigned by supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
