Job Summary:
The Glass Fixer Inc. seeks a highly organized and customer-centric Office Admin & Customer Service professional to join our team in Anaheim, California. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support and excellent customer service to our glass contractor business. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive compensation package and room for growth within the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of $22 to $26 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide basic quotes over the phone for our most common services.
- Schedule appointments for glass installation and repair services.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and filing systems
- Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Process invoices and payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Use our CRM to keep projects moving forward
- Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in office administration and customer service roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM and the construction or glass industry is a plus
You must complete the True or False prescreen to be considered for this position.
A cover letter is a plus and a must if you don't have any administrative experience.
