Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Ordering supplies as needed.
- Supports communication between administrator, managers, and sisters
- Performs other clerical and receptionist duties such as note taking, creating documents in Microsoft office, calling vendors and guests, copying, and faxing
- Represents the sisters’ value of hospitality in dealing with guests, vendors, staff, and sisters.
- Supports other tasks that help the managers and administrator be most effective
- Tracking and coding credit card expenses
- Prepare weekly schedules for maintenance staff
- Maintain list of vendors including contact information and past work history.
- Manage and track any maintenance related requests made by residents.
- Monitor preventative maintenance calendar to ensure work is being completed in a timely matter.

Or other background demonstrating application of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
· Knowledge of basic office procedures
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Adherence to a high level of confidentiality
· Ability to create professional and useful documents in Microsoft excel, word, publisher, and PowerPoint
· Ability to support the sisters and staff in using the copier, fax, computers, television, microphones, phones, and other types of technology.
· Active drivers’ license and willingness to run errands as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.52 - $25.16 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
