Job Description: We are seeking 2 high-energy, enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on closing sales and building relationships with potential clients, as we will provide you with leads and set appointments. Key Responsibilities:
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Close sales to meet and exceed targets and goals.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, passion for home remodeling, and love for selling and dealing with customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
