IPCcurrently looking for an Human Resources Generalist who is an employee champion. You will deliver value-added service to leadership and teams. The Human Resources Generalist is an integral team member supporting the IPC Team.

Help make IPC the TEAM of choice by recruiting and retaining Epic team members.
- Generate candidates utilizing a multifaceted approach.
- Recruitment success measured as consistently meeting targets.
- Retention and quality hire success as measured by turnover.
- Clear and effective onboarding with first day and ongoing follow-up.
- Help lead the Four C’s (Compliance, Clarification, Culture, Connection) for the organization.
Provide guidance and support in all HR related matters to managers and supervisors.
- Provide support to all supervisor and management personnel using a positive team-oriented approach in resolving conflicts.
- Clear and effective communication to all levels of management and team members on laws, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure that the company stays in compliance with all legal matters pertaining to HR.
- Assist in implementing, standardizing, and following best practices to ensure exceptions are captured and either eliminated or adequate controls are in place to ensure efficacy going forward.
- Provide benefits education and guidance to all team members.
- Promote continued forward progress of the company’s HR organization by helping develop and improve processes, policies, and documentation that will serve as a building block for future growth.
- Serve as a key partner to help develop and document standard operating procedures to ensure the best practices are captured, documented and followed
Skills Needed to Win:
- Associates degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
- 3+years of HR experience
- Bilingual (English - Spanish)
- Resourceful and creative in recruiting
- Able to quickly and effectively transition between tasks
- Experience in providing value added HR coaching, guidance, thought leadership, and HR business partnership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Technically sound in Human Resources fundamentals and best practices and the application of them in manufacturing operations
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
