Our small office is seeking someone for additional help who is a hard worker, works well with others, is well organized, likes to learn new things, and accepts challenges. This would be a perfect opportunity for a retired person looking for some part time hours. The ideal candidate will provide attention to detail, is willing to learn basic bookkeeping skills, enjoys running errands and doing odd jobs. This is a fun and easy going setting where you are guaranteed to learn something new every day!
We are looking for someone that is easy to get along with, is other centered, has some tech skills, enjoys a challenge and is well organized.
-Research products or items in order to finalize their destination.
- Balance statements.
- Assist in customer support activities, including responding to inquiries and resolving
issues.
- Create excel sheets for basic accounting tasks and other lists that need to be made.
- Run errands as needed.
- File and organize documents.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
-Assist in E Bay auctions.
- Support the office staff with various tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in an office setting or similar role.
- Familiarity with basic tech skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
