The Inventory Control Specialist maintains accurate inventory records and ensures sufficient inventory levels to meet demand. They will oversee inventory control procedures and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for ROI

Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions

Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet demand

Analyze inventory data to identify patterns and trends and make recommendations for inventory optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement solutions

Maintain accurate inventory records in the company's inventory management system

Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover, and other key performance indicators

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual – Communicate (English/Spanish) preferred

Preferred: Intermediate Microsoft Office Programs i.e., Excel, Word

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field

2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field

Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with DOT HAZMAT, shipping & receiving preferred
