We are looking for a passionate leader with previous food/retail management experience to help us run the best stores in the Häagen-Dazs community.
As a General Manager, some of your core activities will include:
- Develop and motivate a staff of employees capable of meeting the shop’s objectives
- Define schedules that provide the best service level at an optimum cost
- Control Food cost, manage inventory and place orders
- Provides necessary training for employees to develop skills both for current job level and possible future promotions

In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:
- Be able to manage a staff of 5 to 7 employees per shop
- Address employees issues
- Manage your shops' P&L.
- Be knowledgeable of and strictly comply with all food safety procedures
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior customer service experience required
- Prior management experience required
