Client Success Manager
The ClarityX Client Success Manager is at the forefront of our mission, guiding new and existing customers on their health journey. As the initial and ongoing point of contact for our brand, the client success team handles online inquiries and manages existing clients with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will be well organized, exceptionally detailed, and above all, be motivated by great personal satisfaction from helping people.
Highlights of your role
- Be the voice of our brand including receiving incoming phone calls.
- Responding to email inquiries.
- Managing and supporting current B2B clients of the company.
- Using your best judgment & brand guidelines to deliver a satisfactory outcome.
- Utilizing the Company's social media accounts to respond and post.
- Satisfactorily answer all inbound inquiries and questions.
- Resolve any customer related issues.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and other management software tools.
- Salary range: $ 41,600 -$ 49,920 per year.
- 40 hours per week.
Job Candidate Requirements
- Associates Degree
- 2+ Years of experience in customer service or sales
- Healthcare administration related experience
- Organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills & empathetic
- Proficient computer skills
- 1 Year Experience with CRM platforms

Pay: $41,600.00 - $49,920.00 per year
