Responsibilities:
- Carve and slice meat according to customer preferences and portion sizes
- Ensure proper presentation of meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
- Offer great service to customers
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing and weighing meat products
