In this hands-on role, you will build integrations to help the Product Marketing teams evaluate competing products to help find opportunities for our client to deliver best-of-class solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain various lab environments.
- Consult with Product Marketing SMEs to collect requirements to design & implement the lab solutions.
- Test and document service limits and end-user impact. Examples include schema extensions, app integrations, object limits, roles & permissions, access policies. as well as API request limits and throttling.
- Provide network administration and support of various lab environments
- Perform hands-on technical implementation and troubleshooting.
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Identity & Access Management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Solutions: Active Directory, AD Certificate Services, AD Federated Services, Azure AD (Entra Identity), Azure AD Domain Services
- Experience configuring Hybrid Identity (cloud + on-prem)
- Experience with Microsoft O365/M365 management and configuration
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Working knowledge of Identity protocols (e.g. SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM)
- Experience with Endpoint Management systems (SCCM, Intune, Jamf, VMware) all devices types, install and configure desktops and servers on both hardware and virtual machines
- Knowledge of basic windows server administration (DNS, Networking, File Services, DHCP)
- Ability to manage networks on-prem: Subnets, VPNs, Firewalls
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure and GCP IaaS
