Marketing Manager (Marketing Operations Manager)
SALARY RANGE: $67,500 - $77,500 USD
SUMMARY
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Operations Manager is a hyper-organized, high-energy operator who serves as the connective tissue between the marketing team and strategic stakeholders at Fusion Education Group. Proficient in marketing strategy, project management, and budget management, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing creative ideas to fruition and ensuring their successful execution. They are committed to driving continuous improvement within the department, enhancing the marketing team's productivity through structure, speed, and financial accountability.
RESPONSIBILIITES
- Serve as first point of contact and primary coordinator for new marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors.
- Collaborate with the Creative Operations Manager to translate strategic initiatives into concrete creative plans and timelines.
- Develop and manages strategic relationships and feedback loops with internal campus and departmental stakeholders to ensure marketing?s alignment with the organization.
- Manage the marketing budget, including invoice processing, lead forecasting, and providing regular reports on expenditures vs. budget.
- Deliver regular reports to senior management on project status, timelines, results, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implements best-in-class project management and workflow systems.
- Design, document, and maintain all marketing processes, infrastructure, and integrations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field, with a focus on project management.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Excellent project management, organization, and time-management skills.
- Experience in budget management, including forecasting and cost optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
