We have a current opening for a Warehouse Lead in the Phoenix/Tempe .
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Warehouse
- Schedule Pickups from Local Distribution Center
- Drive Large Trucks (26ft)
- Inventory Items and track for reorder
- Assign Equipment and Material to Field Service Team members
- Reconcile Field Service Technicians weekly and notify Leadership any missing items
- Manage Fleet services and inspections
- Train new hires on warehouse equipment and policies
- Organize recycled material and schedule returns
- Communicate and assist with Technicians throughout the day for any deliveries
- Timely response to all internal and external requests (efficient with phone and email)
- Work in propriety data systems
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record is required (no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years)
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs
- Pass a criminal background check
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc )
- Flexible work schedule; available to work evening, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Plus (not required)
- Efficient, organized, and detail-oriented
- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills are a must
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Prior warehouse experience preferred (not necessary as we can train)
