The Apple Xchange is looking for a candidate familiar with Apple devices, customer service and retail experience preferred. We are looking for a motivated candidate willing to learn new things. We will train a qualified candidate on what it takes to diagnose issues and become familiar with current Apple Computers and Devices (iPhones, iPads, iPods), but some past technical/sales experience is required.
The job requires maintaining the retail environment, working with customers, and basic troubleshooting of problems. Desired is knowledge on social media posting, online marketing.
This is a full time position and a great opportunity to be part of a growing business. We have a fun workplace and compensation is very competitive with a strong bonus structure.
Position can lead to a management role in the store operations. There is room to move up.
