Culver Glass Company is looking for a Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Training will be provided.
The daily duties of the Front Desk position are mainly concerned with providing quality customer service over the phone, by email, and in person. Some of those main duties include:
- answering customer phone calls and emails
- quoting potential glass orders
- providing detailed information about glass types
- writing glass orders
- coordination with Culver Glass shop team to produce order
- placing orders with other glass vendors
- assisting customers with pickup orders
- assisting customers in show room
Beyond placing glass orders for customer pickup, the Front Desk position is responsible for organizing site visits to job sites. These duties include:
- collecting billing and site information to write quote requests and orders
- sending residential and commercial quotes after site visits
- securing payment for quotes that are moved forward
- providing customer service to homeowners and contractors
- providing lead times
- coordinating scheduling
The Front Desk position also involves regular office duties such as:
- receiving and distributing packages and mail
- taking messages for commercial estimators and coworkers
- filing and pulling various paperwork
- stocking office supplies
- assisting coworkers when available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
