Teachers in our company have a lot of support from the rest of the staff, so we are looking for great communicators, high quality and skilled dance instructors with people skills who appreciate a team environment.
. The ideal candidate, has experience teaching a variety of dance styles, age groups, and skill levels. Currently we have a need for hip hop and contemporary classes and company teams. We offer a variety of dance styles and specialize in Contemporary / Jazz dance and Hip Hop/Fusion, for beginner to advanced competitive levels, therefore we are looking for a teacher who can accommodate these needs. Experience should also include choreographing and staging performances, creating lesson plans for a variety of ages / skill levels, and creating a positive classroom environment. Ability to substitute for other teachers as needed.

SKILL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS - (please show this on your resume or send a cover letter explaining your experience)
- Minimum of 4 years Experience teaching a various classes (Identify dance styles, age groups and skill levels and classes you were responsible for, not assisted in.)
- Experience in planning and/or working at special events, performances, etc.
- Preferred: Experience in choreographing/training competitive dance routines (must show reels - for those who are looking to coach a team)
- Minimum of 8 years of personal dance training (in the dance styles you teach)
- Must be able to work well in a team setting

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
