Position Statement:
The Community Standards Manager, under the supervision and in conjunction with the Community Standards Director, is responsible for maintaining the AIPCA Rules and Regulations.
This is a hands-on position which requires the ability to interact with others in a professional and respectful manner and to be able to respond to situations that require clear communication and effective conflict resolution. CAM License required or must be obtained within the first (3) three months after hire date. Drivers license and automobile required.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for facilitating all covenants and upholding community standards.
· Responsible for regular weekly inspections. (4 of 5 days weekly)
· Maintains the CSRS spreadsheet and prepares the Statistics Report for the CSRC and Board meetings.
· Takes minutes at the CSRC meetings and distributes them to the CSRC Committee Chair and the Community Standards Director for review.
· Works with the Community Standards Director in the planning and implementation of the Owner and Contractor Meet and Greets.
· Represents AIPCA on residential matters where minor violations and infractions are present and need resolution.
· Provides support to Community Standards Director with any special requests, i.e. administrative work, mailings, etc.
· Maintains the undeveloped/developed lot spreadsheet for budgetary purposes.
· Is responsible for maintaining and balancing the Damage Deposit/Performance Bond spreadsheet.
· Conducts contractor job site walk-throughs.
· Attends CSRC and ARB monthly meetings.
· Resolves and follows-up on complaints/issues with the Community Standards Director.
· May be assigned other duties by the Community Standards Director.
· Works closely with the Grounds and Facilities Director in regards to common property.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
