Jennifer McMillen State Farm Insurance Agency is currently seeking an Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent to join their team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses!
Property & Casualty Preferred but not required - we will help you become licensed!

Requirements
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- People-oriented, Self-motivated, Detail oriented
Responsibilities
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26,900.00 - $51,000.00 per year
