Massage Tools Sales Representative
Massage Tools is a principal US ecommerce retailer of professional massage, spa, and medical treatment equipment. Our customers include massage therapists, medical spa professionals, estheticians, doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, small business owners, hospitals, schools, colleges, and municipal governments. We sell principally through our online storefront at MassageTools.com.
We seek a sales representative with strong telemarketing / over-the-phone sales skills. Industry experience in health, wellness, and/or beauty is a plus. Professional licensure as a massage therapist, esthetician, physical therapist, chiropractor, or registered nurse is desired but not required. By far the most important skillset we seek is strong over-the-phone and email sales ability.
We will provide paid product and systems training for this role. The right candidate will have exceptional sales skills and require little to no guidance in selling via email and over the phone.
While the role is fully remote, travel will be required on average once per quarter and all direct travel expenses will be fully reimbursed by the company. Additionally, you will be expected to perform product demonstrations that will be recorded for use on our website. Responsibilities
- Learn the use cases and markets for the highest order value SKUs of the business’ product catalog (approximately 100 SKUs)
- Master and apply our sales Standard Operating Procedures
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails to past customers, and outbound cold calls and emails
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales quota

Required Experience

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in over-the-phone and email sales
Desired Characteristics
- Professional licensure (LMT, esthetician, PT, chiropractor, or RN)
- Management experience (e.g., of a spa)
- Experience with social media marketing (IG, FB, email)
Compensation
Compensation will be a fixed/variable split (67%/33%) with on-target earnings (OTE) of $65,000 per year and uncapped total earnings.
