Junior Account Manager - Sales and Management Opportunities (Weekly Pay) - El Paso, TX

Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle complaints and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist with new customers and related sales
Account Management:
- Oversee client accounts to ensure services meet budgets and requirements.
- Develop strong client relationships and monitor account performance.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to assess progress and brainstorm solutions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive client management.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior management.
- Track KPIs and analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Liaise with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing clients.
Client Onboarding and Training:
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide training on products and services.
- Develop onboarding materials and support client understanding.
Market and Industry Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct research to identify business growth opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service details.
- Handle administrative duties like scheduling meetings and preparing contracts.
