RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER
Established Local Restaurant is seeking High Energy, Guest Focused Manager.
We are looking for a team leader with a minimum of one year of management experience including all facets of the restaurant business, while maintaining the highest standards of SERVICE. We will consider training the right person who is motivated to learn and grow on the job. Our managers are required to have outstanding leadership skills, are Guest-focused and proficient in all front of the house operations, as well as being a team leader by example. TABC and Manager's Food Handler certifications (or eligibility to obtain both) is required for this position.
Requirements:
- One year of management experience
- Average competency with Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to service and quality standards through guest interaction and encouraging feedback.
BI-LINGUAL MANAGER A PLUS
Schedule:
- Weekends required
- Monday to Friday
