Overview
We are seeking a temporary Banking Administration Assistant to join our manufacturing client. This role is designed to support our centralized banking administration across America, Europe, and Asia. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members in various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Inbox: Efficiently handle and organize the banking administration inbox.
- Form Completion: Assist with completion of FBAR forms.
- Banking Portals: Clean up and maintain banking portals.
- Banking Administration: General cleanup and organization of banking administration tasks.
- Quarterly Review Assistance: Provide support during quarterly reviews.
- Payment Approvals: Monitor and approve payments and authorizations.
- Banking Queries: Address and resolve banking queries related to business content.
- Account Management: Assist with the opening and closing of bank accounts.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Treasury Workstations: Integrate signers into the Kyriba system.
- Additional Duties: Perform other assistant roles as required.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors in accounting or finance.
- Experience: Must have experience with Citibank software.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with treasury workstations, specifically Kyriba.
Compensation: $41 - $52/Hr. (Based on experience)
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $41.00 - $52.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
