POSITION PURPOSE:
To assist The Lucy's service team with Servant Leadership to ensure the Essence Restaurant Groups kindness principle is implemented. Accountable to be operationally hands on and to supervise all aspects of the service team.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform to established financial budgets and goals- labor, shrink, profit, etc.
Assist Lucy's to maintain budget goals for each quarter.
Understand and display profitable use of labor, food and beverage costs.
Accountable to attend team meets with leadership team.
Accountable for proper flow per guest arrival (seating coordinator interaction, drinks, server interaction, order placement, food preparation, food readiness, food served per standard, wind down, check arrival and departure per standard.) These key procedure needs to consider each individual guest; couples, singles, families or seniors.
Ensure operational standards are maximized: Cleanliness, sanitation, table set-up, security, efficiency, shrink management, opening and closing of the restaurant.
Ensure proper guest dining ambiance: lighting, music, etc.
Assist with proper staffing needs for all service team positions
Assist with comprehensive new associate training and ongoing for current staff
Display a working knowledge of all restaurant equipment: POS, alarm, lighting, bar and kitchen equipment.
