Self Enhancement, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Administrator to provide exceptional support to our CEO. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO operates efficiently and effectively. In this critical role, you will partner directly with the CEO to manage their calendar, schedule, anticipate needs, handle a variety of confidential tasks, and ensure seamless daily operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft and proofread correspondence, including emails, follow ups, letters, and presentations.
Arrange and manage logistics for travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and coordinate with CEO’s family calendar.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, including taking concepts- written or verbal and turn it into smart and concise documents (Word, Canva, Excel).
