Aspire Indiana Health (Aspire) is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
Position Summary
The Senior Vice President of Integrated Health Services will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Aspire’s “whole health” care delivery system and continuum, with specific emphasis on integrated practice and services. This position’s primary focus is optimization of service delivery within clinic settings, directly reflecting Aspire’s goals of integrated and interdependent health services by weaving FQHC and CCBHC/CMHC services into a “whole health” model; creating a seamless, quality patient experience. The responsibilities of this position acknowledge Aspire’s organizational alignment and an expectation of interdependence and collaboration amongst both clinical and support departments.
This position will encompass responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Medical/psychiatric service delivery

Outpatient behavioral health service delivery (consistent with CCBHC standards)

Provision of care coordination/patient navigation services

Identify, evaluate and determine appropriate and effective staffing patterns and placements

Deliverables in terms of quality; revenue/services; identified progress toward strategic goals and initiatives as pertain to clinic settings

Support the medical and psychiatric clinic services within residential settings, to ensure consistency of practices and quality outcomes
Education and Experience
-
Graduate degree in healthcare, business or nursing administration required
-
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in healthcare delivery required
-
Minimum eight (8) years of progressive experience in advanced leadership capacity required

Experience working in FQHC or FQHC-LAL, required
-
Experience working with individuals with severe/complex psychiatric diagnoses, highly preferred

Knowledge of and experience in trauma-informed care, DEI, and other cultural initiatives, preferred
Licensure & Certification
-
Licensure and/or certification in Indiana, preferred (as applicable)

Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting

Meet all clinical obligations of the Center’s medical practice, including CLIA, HIPAA, HRSA, Joint Commission, Medical, State, and Federal regulations

Ensure compliance with state licensure laws, state medication administration laws, etc.

Display a commitment to community-based psychosocial rehabilitation

Demonstrate the ability to provide patient-centered care utilizing clinical best practice guidelines

Must have excellent collaboration, supervisory, and soft skills, such as relationship-building, communications, listening, negotiation and diplomacy

Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization

Must have reliable transportation to oversee programming and/or attend trainings and/or meetings
