The lead coordinator's primary responsibility is to facilitate a customer service oriented environment. Additionally, the lead coordinator acts as a role model, exemplifies all performance standards set forth for the department, and ensures that the coordinator staff adheres to operational policies and procedures. Assistance is given to the management team with: communications, inventory control and general administrative and housekeeping duties. This is a permanent full-time position with benefit opportunities, and career advancement within the company. Spa and retail experience is preferred, but not required. Evenings and weekend hours are required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attitude: * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to educate Natural Body clients and create retail sales * Proficiency in computer based POS, scheduling and inventory control systems * Career oriented, professional, team player * Flexible work schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays * Reporting Path: The coordinator reports to the Lead Coordinator, Assistant Director or Spa Director

Must have sales, customer service, and or hospitality experience.
