Sentinel Self Storage, LLC is a highly successful regional self-storage company with facilities in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A retail company without the retail hours (no night work or Sundays). We are growing again and currently have an opening for a Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for our New Castle County locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Property Manager in the operations and performance of a multi-million dollar storage facility.
- Promote and sell our products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Manage billing and account collection.
- Maintain property appearance and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Superior customer service and sales skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office skills)
- High energy, positive attitude.
- Ability to listen and resolve customer concerns.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a strong drive to succeed.
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation to be used during the business day.
- Management experience is a plus!
