This is a clinical support position providing unit support services to patients and clinical team. Responsibilities: • Promote a positive attitude and response to change, with patients as well as other staff members. • Responsible to supervise patients and encourage compliance of program schedule. • Demonstrate the competencies required for this position, including practice of program policies and procedures for implementing these duties. • Ability to understand and respond to direction from clinical team. • Provide comprehensible and accurate documentation of events occurring while on duty. • Assist admissions staff with patients admitting into the facility. • Must be flexible to work various shifts for training purposes. • Assist with food service as needed to meet clinical and operational needs of facility. • Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and transferring calls. • Ability to practice high level of confidentiality, HIPPA compliance and CFR-42 Part II. • Perform any and all other assigned duties and task. • Adhere to the company confidentiality and code of ethics and any other duties assigned by your direct supervisor. Required Credentials Qualifications: • Must have current driver’s license. • Current CPR and First Aid certification. • Knowledge of standards for security, ethics, confidentiality, rules of conduct and professionalism. • Able to work independently and as a member of team. • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to practice high level of confidentiality, HIPPA compliance and CFR 42 part II. • Individuals in Recovery must be able to demonstrate continuous sobriety for the immediate past two (2) years. • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when need.
