Advanced Architectural Products a cutting-edge manufacturer maker of SMARTci is expanding our Sales/Marketing Department and is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Application Specialist, location in Allegan, MI. They will be involved in all aspects brand and product offering, managing, and publishing targeted content to drive engagement, brand awareness and revenue goals. The Product Application Specialist will plan and execute strategic initiatives to increase customer adoption and retention of all SMARTci products and support sales and growth strategies. The successful candidate will have a mix of responsibilities and will be a self-motivated and highly organized individual who can manage several projects simultaneously. This role requires strong communication skills, an energetic personality, and a strong work ethic. Essential Job Functions
- Drive profitable growth through effective demand generation campaigns and customer experience enhancements.
- Plan and implement cohesive marketing programs for the SMARTci brand, including messaging that is consistent and relevant for target segments.
- Own, implement, monitor and scale automated programs and campaigns including, but not limited to, lead generation, lead nurturing, and competitive markets and pricing.
- Plan and execute brand activation activities, including the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events and launches – measuring outcomes against financial and other success targets.
- Monitor competitor’s website traffic and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities.
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales & marketing teams to develop compelling positioning, messaging and programs to build awareness of the SMARTci brand(s).
- Identify and lead high-impact projects and leverage digital to improve the customer experience for long-term loyalty.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- BA or BS in Sales and/orMarketing or related field
- 5+ years in industry, sales, product development
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Enjoys multi-tasking
- Trustworthy and dependable
