We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management
- Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Maintain the office calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests with professionalism
- Manage front desk tasks including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Skills:
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budgeting practices
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Proven experience in administrative roles
