Collision Center Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Act as face, eyes and ears of the collision center
- Liaison between customer, vendor, service and collision center
- Answer and screen incoming calls, page and forward appropriately
- Check email in Customer Relation Management System
- Distribute incoming faxes, correspondences, etc.
- Receive, process and file all payments through the department
- Review all message in general delivery mailbox and manage accordingly
- Schedule and coordinating services with internal service as well as external vendors
- Run reports in Excel and Dealership specific software programs
- Provide excellence in customer service to the department, vendors, services and collision center
- Other duties as assigned by the collision manager
Required Skills and Experience

Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
- Excellent organizational skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in the Auto Industry
- 1-2 years’ experience in an Administrative capacity
- Excellence in Customer service
- Proficiency in web-based programs, phone systems, excel
- High School Dipolma or equivalent
- Comfort and willingness to work with internal systems such as:
o Dealer Track (Customer Relation Management System)
o CCC1 (Production Schedule, Calendar Management)
