Growing disability company searching for a Vocational Case Management. Qualified candidate will provide cost effective and quality rehabilitation services for workers’ compensation, liability, automobile, accident and health, short-term and long-term disability claims through timely intervention and coordination of medical and vocational rehabilitation plan. Daily travel required.
Encourage prompt and safe recoveries of individuals with disabilities by coordinating medical services
Consult with physicians and employers regarding treatment goals and return to work plan
Identify modified duty positions at employer work site for transitional return to work
Secure information and cooperation from medical and legal consultants by developing rapport and establishing a professional reputation in the field
Document pro-active recommendations with time frames to identify completion
Complete Job Analyses
Perform vocational testing
Conduct vocational assessment interviews and document findings with appropriate recommendations
Perform job placement, job development and job counseling activities, as appropriate, to facilitate employment or re-employment
Research and coordinate training programs, as appropriate
Provide expert witness testimony
Conduct Labor Market Surveys
Job Qualifications:
34 PA Code 123.202 Qualification
Masters degree with 2 years case management experience
College degree with 3-5 years case management experience
One or more certifications: CRC, CCM, CDMS or LPC
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
