Chief Financial Officer
Imperial Systems, Inc., a manufacturing company located in northwestern Pennsylvania has an immediate opening for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO has total oversight of the financial reporting and internal accounting controls of Imperial Systems and its subsidiaries. The CFO plans, organizes and presents all financial reports for quarterly advisory board meetings and monthly financial meetings working closely with the COO and CEO/President. The CFO is a partner with the Executive Team and Management Operating Committee providing leadership and financial analysis in all financial matters. The CFO oversees all finance department responsibilities and duties, evaluates workflow and personnel.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the activities, duties, and responsibilities of the position.
· Responsible for all financial data and consolidation of financials for quarterly board meetings and monthly financial meetings.
· Ensures job costing is brought up to date in the system.
· Responsible for all external financial audits of consolidated operations.
· Prepare and present annual audit report for the bank.
· Research, analyze and complete various board related strategic projects and board action items and interact with board committee, attorneys, tax partners, and bankers on confidential projects.
· Understands the flow of products, commodities, and services.
· The ability to manage 5-10 employees in an office setting.
· Assists with administrative office flow to ensure a smooth and organized office environment.
· The ability to manage third party relationships with insurance companies and banks.
· Offers training support and support for staff in the ERP system.
· Provide leadership, oversight, and hands-on support of the finance department operations: Payroll, A/P, Billing/AR, Cash Application and Financial Reporting
· Be a strategic member of the Executive Team and act as a business partner providing financial support and analysis to improve upon or create new methods or services to benefit the organization.
Position Requirements

· Strong communication skills – both written and oral.
· Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
· Displays strong innovation skills to assist with improving our current accounting system.
· Detail oriented with the ability to present findings and recommendations at the highest level of the Corporation.
· Strong Microsoft Office experience.
· ERP utilization experience.
· Prior audit-related experience preferred.
Education and Experience Requirements
This position requires the following education and work experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience:
· BS in Accounting or related field.
· Certified Public Accountant or MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Senior Financial Management role.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
