This Continuous Improvement Manager position is different because you will be using the Data to analyze and investigate the discrepancies and problem solve to rectify.
Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Continuous Improvement Manager/Data Analyst to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC or Reno, NV.
The Continuous Improvement Manager/Data Analyst for Amerit Fleet Solutions will balance multiple projects that improve the speed and efficiency of workflows across different business functions, in support of large strategic customers.
The Continuous Improvement Manager/Data Analyst is responsible for supporting and leading projects from kick-off to closure, and reporting on progress to senior leadership.
A successful candidate will use analytics and data-driven evidence to support recommended changes in business practices, to drive improved profitability and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be self-driven with a passion to succeed and have an established record of accomplishment.
Compensation: Competitive Pay- Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $95k-105k

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis utilizing data to develop initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Ingest and review reporting from a variety of sources, determine what data is relevant to the business, and prepare and present a consolidated view.

Identify inefficiencies in current practices and recommend plans to drive them out of the business.

Develop ongoing metrics to drive efficiency and process improvement throughout the business

Engage with client analysts and project managers to provide schedule and status updates, while presenting a mutually agreeable ideal future state

Use data & reporting to develop professional internal and external presentations. Strong Power Point experience preferred.

The ideal candidate is physically located in Charlotte, NC or Reno, NV but remote candidates will be considered.

Key Competencies and Minimum Education:
- 5+ years’ experience in:
-
Creating execution plans and executing projects to completion

Identifying and implementing operational improvements
-
Business data analysis
-
Bachelor’s degree required (Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management preferred)

Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Analyst background preferred with strong Excel skills is a requirement - - Developing Macros, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups among multiple files to combine and consolidate data, and recognize trends.

Excellent analytical skills with a record of conducting FP&A type business analysis

Fleet maintenance industry experience a plus
