Job Description:
The Crew Team Member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service, collaborating closely with Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to uphold operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the guidance of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, and involves direct interactions with Guests and field operations team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile, take orders, and process payments.
- Prepare and package food and beverage items.
- Ensure the restaurant's cleanliness, including the dining area, restroom, and exterior.
- Adhere to health and safety standards in designated work areas.
- Assist with unloading and restocking inventory items as required.
- Maintain punctual and consistent attendance during assigned shifts.
- Follow Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum age requirement of Fifteen (15) years old.
- Comfortable performing in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a positive and professional manner.
- Eagerness to learn various facets of restaurant operations and work across multiple stations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
