Job Description:
As a Tower Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to facilitate communication with both internal teams and airline representatives. You will oversee the efficient dispatch of aircraft via radio within the designated airspace. This role requires meticulous documentation of times and discrepancies using Excel, proficiency in using various technical systems for flight tracking, proactive engagement with customers to provide assistance, and creating comprehensive reports. Additionally, you will actively engage with the operation, escalate issues, and play a crucial role in preventing servicing delays.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication with Teams and Airline Representatives:
Facilitate effective communication with internal teams for operational coordination.
Establish and maintain communication channels with airline representatives.
Ensure timely dispatch of aircraft via radio within the designated airspace.
Documentation and Technical Systems:
Document times and discrepancies using Excel for accurate record-keeping.
