Job Overview:
Wholesale furniture company is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and precise data entry. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry for orders
- Utilize the shipping Bill of Lading (BOL) program to supply proper documents for each order shipped from our warehouse
- Facilitate the mailing of samples and sales tools to customers and sales representatives
- Maintain detailed reports on shipments and all samples/catalogs mailed to customers and sales reps
- Handle incoming customer service emails and phone calls from customers and sales reps
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and experience with Google Sheets
- Preferred experience with QuickBooks accounting software
- Strong communication skills for interacting and coordinating with customers, rep groups, and other employees
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills to effectively handle urgent issues and flexibility to perform varied tasks

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
