JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, or related HR field OR 8 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management or related HR field.
- Experience leading cross-divisional, large-scale organizational analysis/design and organizational development initiatives plus ability to influence without direct authority and lead virtual team to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluation, process improvement, team and consulting skills with the ability to work in a diverse work group.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Consultative skills and negotiation skills.
- Networking, verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to work independently and producing high quality deliverables.
- Analytical skills and process design skills.
- Keen business acumen.
PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree.
- Health insurance, healthcare industry or consulting experience.
- Advanced experience with Excel and Visio.
- Process Design experience.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project.
- ProSci certification based on ADKAR.
NOTE: relocation is NOT available, sponsorship will NOT be extended. This role is hybrid/flex, requiring in-office visibility three days weekly, working from home the other two days.
