Overview:
We are seeking a Host/Cashier to join our team in providing exceptional guest service in a hospitality setting. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries
- Provide guests with menus and offer recommendations
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant front and back areas
- Assist front and other staff members as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling phone orders and inquiries
- Prior experience in food service, or hospitality environment is a plus
- Strong guest service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patrons
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting
- Taking customers’ food and drink orders
- Collaborating with the kitchen and front line staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
- Memorizing the menu and recommend protein, toppings, meals and drinks from restaurant
- Delivering a memorable experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
- Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
- Restocking all drinks and restaurants needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 32 per week
