Holiday Inn Express Plymouth is looking for Part Time Front desk position.
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our award winning team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing information about the hotel and its services, and handling guest inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Provide information about the hotel and its services.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Process payments for guests' stays.
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or receptionist is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the efficient and timely processing of daily incoming customer service calls, and to provide a professional and courteous customer experience. The Front Desk Agent will assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have. The Front Desk Agent will also be responsible for the management of the front desk, including but not limited to: answering the phone, greeting customers, and other duties as assigned.
