Job Summary

We design, spec, customize, commission, maintain and repair critical electrical power systems which include transfer switching systems, generator systems, switchgear systems, and all the miscellaneous panels, breakers and switches and disconnects that support those systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Parts Sourcing Associate is in charge of supporting our service technicians and customers needs as it relates to sourcing and supplying the correct parts and materials for the current job or need. Some of the job duties are:
- Maintain relationships with vendors
- Identifying new vendors
- Searching for the correct suppliers of parts or materials
- Requesting quotes from suppliers
- Maintaining proper inventories
- Update and maintain data in software
- Import price books from vendors
- Create internal part numbers for products
- Building job orders for field technicians
- Handle requests from customers
- Maintain records and electronic forms and management systems
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Work in warehouse as needed to help associates or the team with kitting jobs and reciveng parts

Job Requirements
- Extremely computer efficient and is knowledgeable of all Microsoft office products, adobe acrobat, and others. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Experience as a, supplier, buyer, or parts related position for a minimum of 2 years
- Valid Georgia drivers license
- Clean MVR and background
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Can effectively communicate with vendors and team members
- Can properly convey requirements and details to vendors and team members
- Can negotiate to get the desired outcome
- Managing work area and keeping it clean
- Knowledge of electrical or automotive related parts is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
